Work you'll do

The Communications Specialist will create digital campaigns and design web and print graphics from concept phase through final deployment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required

• Active TS/SCI Poly Clearance required

• 5+ years of Communications Specialist/Analyst experience

• 1+ years of experience with HTML and/or CSS

• Experience in web content design, layout, production, and administration experience

• Experience with social media and Adobe Creative Suite software (preferably both Photoshop and Illustrator)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, VA

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field highly preferred

• Journalistic writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong interpersonal skills reflecting the confidence to work with officials at all levels

• Professional oral and written communication skills
