Work you'll do

Join a growing functional team in intelligent process automation requirements gathering, metrics and dashboarding, stakeholder management & communications, change management, root cause analysis, process documentation, special projects (i.e. client web portal upgrade, scoped business process improvement analysis), team operations optimization, QA/QC and governance. Work with a variety of customers, and customer portfolios from across the client's enterprise to generate new Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence deployment opportunities and manage existing automation investments.

This role will be on a growing team of 3 on a client program that is getting high visibility and investment from senior agency leadership. This role will also help in advancing the client, and subsequently the agency, on their Intelligent Automation and AI journey.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Must be able to maintain the required security clearance for this role -active TS/SCI with Polygraph

• 2 years: consulting skills, root cause analysis, automation
