Deloitte Military Financial Improvement Capability Modernization Support Analyst-Secret clearance required in Rosslyn, Virginia

Work you'll do

  • Support the identification of business capability needs

  • Support design future business process and solutions in coordination with the rest of the Audit team

  • Define and document requirements s (EPICS/Features/User Stories) in JIRA and maintain a product backlog

  • Define a solution approach and propose multiple alternatives

  • Define detailed technical design specifications

  • Develop, deliver, and at times, maintain the solution

  • Work with the change management and strategic communications team to develop and implement a change campaign

  • Implement human centered design (HCD) principles throughout the development process

  • Develop and maintain metrics throughout the capabilities lifecycle to ensure effective business improvement

  • Implement tools in alignment with all military cybersecurity protocols

  • Provide all relevant documentation associated with development, deployment, configuration, and sustainment that will allow for a seamless transition to government management

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active Secret security clearance required

  • 2+ years' experience in financial audit-related work for the federal government, or military

  • Remote work acceptable with travel required

    Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management
