Work you'll do

• Create and maintain a comprehensive Training Plan with curriculum details and training metrics

• Develop and ensure consistency of training materials like guides, videos, and job aides

• Collaborate with integrators and user communities to ensure timely resource delivery

• Offer technical guidance on training, deployment, and product support to leadership

• Engage with stakeholders and provide guidance through meetings and working groups

• Perform analysis and develop reports and correspondence for training and deployment

• Prepare and deliver presentations and briefs for industry and client representatives

Qualifications

Required:

• 10 years of experience in training planning, management, and deployment of software-intensive programs.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field, or equivalent professional work experience

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required US government security clearance for this role

• Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance required

  Preferred:

• Experience in developing training materials for ERP systems.

• Experience working in the government defense space.

• Active Secret clearance.

• Experience in project management.

• Experience working with SharePoint.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication.

• Prior management consulting experience.
