Work you'll do

  • Engage in health benefits program design, development, implementation, and/or maintenance phases

  • Lead and impact workstreams related to the management and operation of health benefits enrollment programs

  • Provide strategic and technical employee benefit consulting services to plan sponsors (e.g., employers, agencies, state, county, and city governments, etc.)

  • Navigate the complexities of managing health benefits, ensuring compliances are followed and enhancing overall plan/ platform effectiveness.

  • Work with end clients to collect requirements as well as bring those requirements back in an efficient manner to Deloitte implementation teams.

  • Assist in preparing client presentations and reports

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of health benefits administration experience

  • 4+ years of experience with implementing rewards technology solutions; including requirements gathering, project management, process redesign, and testing

  • 4+ years of experience in client account relationship management

  • Knowledge of MS office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of experience with project management, presentation, and facilitation

  • 1+ years of experience in cleansing and validating data used for day-to-day administration of the plans

  • 1+ years of experience with business process reengineering and development

  • 1+ years of experience with mentoring and coaching others

  • 1+ years of experience in management consulting
