Summary About the Position: This position is located in Rosslyn, VA. This is not a remote position. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Responsibilities Serve as the Deputy Program Executive Officer and principle senior acquisition advisor to the Program Executive Officer, a career Tier I Senior Executive Service position. Direct, develop, approve, and oversee Information Technology (IT) system acquisition strategies, goals, documentation, processes, and procedures to fulfill the requirements of the Program Management Offices based on current legislation and policies. Exercise expert judgment in the management and control of several multi-billion dollar acquisition programs. Oversee contracting activities and continually evaluates the effectiveness of utilization of resources across the portfolio.
