Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. This job also entails warehouse operations during peak harvest seasons. The successful candidates will learn to operate seed cleaning mills and keep warehouses organized.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with product information

• Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs

• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

• Upsell products to increase sales revenue

• Process returns and exchanges following company policies

• Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in technical sales, retail sales, or related field is preferred

• Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register

• Strong understanding of retail math principles

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift 50Lbs and above

-Must be able to pass a drug test

• Must be proactive

-Must have flexible schedule

-We work hard here, must have a "can-do" attitude and be prepared to work. Laziness is not tolerated.

-Starting pay is $12.00 per hour with potential for a raise after a 90-day probationary period.
