What’s a typical day as a Documentation Specialist? You’ll be:

• Managing and maintaining documentation systems and batch records.

• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company standards.

• Communicating efficiently verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.

• Identifying areas for continuous improvement in documentation processes.

• Working with minimal supervision while following written procedures.

• Lifting up to 30 pounds and potentially adjusting work hours and working overtime based on business needs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have strong computer skills in the MS Office Suite.

• Possess knowledge of documentation systems and familiarity with batch/systems documentation (preferred).

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Can prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Hold an Associate's degree or have 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and/or quality documentation.

• Are not allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin drugs.
