What You'll Do

The Webex Calling Dedicated Instance (DI) Operations team is a seeking a Leader to manage continued operational excellence within our product portfolio. Come be a part of a rapidly growing product that requires constant innovation and dedication to deliver at scale. Manage a team of engineers and/or leaders supporting the applications and infrastructure that provides DI services to our customers. Responsibilities will include Escalation Management, Service Stability, Automation and Scaled Delivery, and People Management.

Who You'll Work With

The Webex Infrastructure Platform Team supports multiple Cloud Collaboration products under the Webex BU and you'll be joining the Calling Dedicated Instance team that is a quickly growing product that support 350+ customers and over 3.5M calling users.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent degree

  • 5 + years of management experience leading DevOps, NOCs, or other technical support organizations

  • 7 + years of work experience with engineering and customer service roles

  • 3 + years of experience with Cisco Collaboration, Networking, or Data Center products

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI or Automation in Operations and Lifecycle of Collaboration Products experience

  • ITSM and monitoring platforms experience

  • Experience with Software Development and Agile essentials
