Sunstates Security is currently hiring for afull time North Carolina Certified EMTSupervisorin Rural Hall, NC.This job is for 1st shift only. Schedule is Monday- Friday 7am to 3pm.The pay rate is $23.69/hr - with weekly pay. Officers with Valid PPSB and are NC EMT Certified are encouraged to apply.

Requirements and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee security and surveillance staff

• Create strategies depending on the organization's needs, coordinate personnel and monitor equipment.

• Resolve any incidents that occur and implement preventative measures to protect the organization from theft and vandalism

• Create weekly schedules

• Ensure staff follow site EMT and site protocols

• Be able to obtain and hold a good relationship with the client and the staff

• Preform monthly AED checks

• Preform monthly golf cart inspection

• Be an expert on site and client SOP

• Fill out incident reports when necessary

• Provide immediate medical care when necessary

• Previous security, law enforcement, or security experience preferred.

• Must be EMT Certified for North Carolina.

• Good communication skills

• Great customer service skills

• A team player attitude

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) License
