Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Rural Hall, North Carolina

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain and repair all electrical and electronic devices associated with equipment, machinery, or facility structure. Your responsibilities include programming, troubleshooting, and repairing all electronic controls and industrial control systems on production equipment and facilities. You will interact with and provide guidance to management to determine the best engineered solutions for efficient production of high-quality products. Additionally, you will design and assemble electrical control cabinets, perform quality instrumentation calibration checks, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies.

Pay

$31.67-38/HR depending on interview/experience

Skills

  • Programming Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other PLC systems

  • Supporting Profibus, ControlNet, and Ethernet data communication systems

  • Troubleshooting variable frequency and DC motor drive systems

  • Using common electronic diagnostic equipment

  • Performing Quality Instrumentation Calibration Checks

  • Performing Monthly Electrical Cabinet inspection and cleaning

  • Performing Machine Brand Changes

Work Environment

Very clean working environment in a climate-controlled facility. The facility is expansive and includes a food court accessible to all company employees.
