Shift: This role is 3rd Shift, 9:00 PM-5:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $25.41 an hour + $$0.30 shift differential

Conagra Brands - Russellville is looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work #LI-Onsite at the Russellville, AR manufacturing plant. We are hiring for Maintenance Operators to help us produce meals. You will report to a Maintenance Supervisor and join a team of 1500.

You Will:

• Support and work cooperatively with production personnel to assure efficient operation of equipment.

• Set up equipment according to production schedule and perform equipment changeovers per the Set-Up Sheet.

• Maintain and complete the Equipment Owner documentation, including Centerline, CIL’s, Defect Handling and other AMD tasks.

• Follow and perform preventative maintenance, lubrication, and safety checks on all production equipment.

• Obtain daily schedule and supplies (cartons, cases, glue).

• Maintain efficient operation of equipment.

• Ensure code information accuracy.

• Clear minor jams, reset and start equipment.

• Enter accurate information concerning downtime in LEDS.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment support systems and components.

• Complete BDA’s/PM cards.

• Support new equipment installation and equipment rebuilds.

• Operate plant equipment, performing painting activities, make facility repairs, or support stockroom activities.

• Help fill positions to cover vacations and time off on other shifts. Help provide coverage during working hours to all lines within the plant.

• Create/monitor work orders to complete scheduled repair(s) and parts tracking/availability.

• Read/interpret equipment manuals and prints.

You Have:

• 1-2 years manufacturing/packaging experience or electrical/mechanical experience.

• Shop equipment (hand tool, power tool) experience.

• 100+ pound lifting requirement.
