We are looking for Facilities Mechanics for a few facilities located in Nassau, Manhattan, and Rye NY. Responsibilities

Here's a summary of the tasks involved:

Work Order Completion: Replace electrical components, repair plumbing fixtures, ceiling tiles, and leaking roofs; perform general carpentry.

Construction: Build new storage and office spaces, sidewalks, retaining walls, and hallways.

Preventive Maintenance: Inspect rooftops, walls, walkways, light fixtures, windows, and drains.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical and building system malfunctions.

Plumbing Tasks: Work with various materials such as copper, PVC, brass, and stainless steel.

Refrigeration Systems: Evaluate and repair system performance.
