What you get to do every day

• Play key role in implementation of NetSuite Financials including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

• Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

• Provide regular review and analysis of balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant

• Lead and encourage the full accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure deadlines are met

• Command sufficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

• Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, which includes document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes Requirements - Customer service oriented communication skills

• CPA/MBA preferred

• Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

• ASC 606 experience required

• Comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite

• Cost accounting experience

• 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

• Solid technical skill
