Lisa Cole with Robert Half is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to become an essential part of a company's rapidly growing team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks and expense reports. Within this dynamic department, you will have an opportunity for career growth and advancement. Your responsibilities in this role

• Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed.

• Help with internal and external audits as required.

• Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks.

• Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling.

• Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents.

• Produce full-cycle A/P

• Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners.

• Complete special projects on an as-needed basis

• Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable required.

• Strong systems experience to include Excel and ERP databases.

• Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
