ACCOUNTS RECIEVABLE REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time/Part-Time, Hourly

LOCATION: Sacramento, CA

WAGE SCALE: $21.00 / Hourly

  RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review and reconciliation of customer accounts

• Make calls to customers regarding payment status

• Performs inquiry and posting of all payments for multiple locations, auditing payments and invoices for accuracy

• Confirm all coding is accurate

• Maintain and handle customer inquiries regarding invoices

• Prepare accounts for legal filings

• Contacts and follows up with locations and vendors regarding issues

• Various other administrative duties as assigned including projects and audits

• Other duties as assigned.

  QUALIFICATIONS :

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from college or technical school; or two years of accounts receivable experience preferably in the construction or building materials industry with multiple locations.

• Must be able to operate a personal computer and other various standard office equipment.

• Experience with SAP is highly preferred but not required.

• A valid CA driver’s license (with a good driving record);

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to develop strong relationships with locations and customers.
