Description

Robert Half Healthcare is recruiting for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join upcoming opportunities as a Customer Service Representative. As part of our dynamic team, your role will include offering customer support through various channels such as phone, email, or social media. Your core function will be to ensure that customers have a seamless experience with our products or services.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer's emails promptly.

  • Professionally resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

  • Understand and communicate resolutions effectively to customers.

  • Manage large volumes of customer interactions, including processing orders, handling returns, and answering product/service related queries.

  • Provide recommendations for problem resolution and follow-up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the customer services team.

  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and track customer requests.

  • Develop a strong knowledge of our products and services to facilitate the resolution process.

  • Provide informed responses to customer by obtaining and assessing relevant information.

  • Contribute to the team by meeting personal targets and providing pertinent customer feedback.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

  • Previous experience in a customer support role demonstrating strong customer service skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Customer Management Systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

  • Willingness to learn and to take on new tasks.

  • Ability to work independently yet effectively in a team environment.
