Our client is looking for a Development Manger for a contract-to-hire position in Sacramento, CA.

I am looking to hire people that get things done, avoid drama, trust each other, laugh, communicate well, and work as a team. Looking for people that want to learn and grow. This is an office job. Five days a week. We work together as a team. We rely on each other to do things. We help each other complete tasks. Many tasks completed make progress on a project towards completion.

The owner of the company is right there doing things along with you.

Development Manager - works in the office and in the field. This requires a 4WD vehicle. We cover projects from the Oregon border to Kern County. We handle projects from San Francisco and the Pacific Coast to the Nevada/Utah border. Experience required for this position. Degree in Construction Management and Project Management experience needed.
