This Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator position requires candidates to:

· Prepare site documentation by defining the necessary documents for the specific working site, printing and preparing them.

· Ensure that the necessary documents are posted and/or available for worksite start-up.

· Tasks Assessment by evaluating employees performing the tasks and determining deficiencies related to the task.

· Assess the site’s OHS level by attending the safety breaks and making recommendations and verifying the use and relevance of OSH work tools (FLRA-Take5-Observation).

· Carry out inspections of the in-operation worksites by verifying the implementation of the various SST components and compensating for any deficiencies.

· Develop JHA-Risk Assessment and procedures supporting site supervisors with the production of procedures, JHA and/or Risk Assessment.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator position:

· 2 – 3 years experience in Environmental Health & Safety

· College degree or equivalent experience required

· Comfortable working in Hot/Cold environments

· Comfortable with extensive traveling all across the US and Canada.

· Must be located near the US Office in Winnemucca, NV.
