Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist is responsible for the daily operations and implementation of the Human Resources department’s directives. The duties of the HR Generalist include, but are not limited to, assisting with employee relations, recruitment and on-boarding, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and administering HR programs such as benefits and compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and create​ regular reports

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

  • Maintain employee records in digital and paper form

  • Administer employee welfare and benefits programs

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws

  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems

  • Excellent communication and people management skills

  • Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Organizational and leadership abilities

  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills.
