Job Description:

• Prioritize and coordinate work assignments for Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians to ensure critical work assignments are completed correctly and on time.

• Coach Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians through orientation, training, establishment of objectives, and communication of good maintenance practices.

• Direct, schedule, and perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on high-tech automated equipment.

• Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)-generated preventive maintenance worksheets to maintain distribution machinery and equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and good maintenance practices.

• Repair mechanical systems including conveyors, rollers, gear boxes.

• Electrical Power repairs and maintenance - troubleshoot power systems to find route cause.

• Wiring and repair of motors 3-phase, up to 480v.

• Repair and replace automation equipment including sensors and photo eyes.

• Read basic drawings and schematics.

· 2 Sr. Techs- Day Shift/ 8am-6:30pm - (Sunday – Wednesday) & (Wednesday - Saturday)

· 2 Sr. Techs- Graveyard/ 6pm-4:30am - Tuesday-Friday
