Description We are in search of a diligent Financial Analyst to join our team in PARAMUS, New Jersey. This role involves the use of Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions, with a primary focus on financial analysis. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with a deep understanding of financial and accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for financial analysis and reporting.

• Manage and analyze Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.

• Leverage skills in Great Plains (GPAC) and About Time for efficient financial operations.

• Carry out necessary accounting functions and manage budget processes.

• Oversee and manage expense reporting for accurate financial records.

• Contribute to finance-related projects and initiatives as required.

• Maintain and update financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve financial objectives.

• Leverage financial analysis skills to provide insights and recommendations.

• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with CapEx is essential.

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is mandatory.

• Understanding of Great Plains (GPAC) is required.

• Experience with About Time software is beneficial.

• Proficiency in various Accounting Functions is needed.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential.

• Experience in Expense Reporting is required.

• Knowledge of various Finance principles is mandatory.
