About Us:

Ms. C &. T's Leaming Place is a play base and educational daycare facility. It is our mission to provide quality care for children and families in the Saginaw area. Our learning program exists to provide infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children with an environment where he or she can feel empowered, safe and loved.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development - implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in toddlers.
• Classroom Management - Maintain a safc, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
• Child Care: Provide direct care to toddlers, may include feeding, diapering, and comforting.
• Staff Supervision: Oversee and mentor assistant teachers and volunteers in the toddler room.
• Parent Communication: Establish positive relationships with parents and communicate effectively regarding their child's progress and development.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in carly childhood coucation.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Course work inlEarly Childhood Education, Child development or child- related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.
• Certifications: CPR is not required upon employment but preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Passion: A genuine love for working with toddlers and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
