About the Role

The Intern /Working Student (m/f/x) supports the creation of reports, tracking of data, process flow chart creation & maintenance and other project management related activities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support of line managers and project leads in different project management topics

  • Support in coordination and controlling of different interface functions and stakeholders

  • Self-directed planning and execution of smaller sub-projects incl. communication to external partners / suppliers

  • Support in meeting/workshop preparation, moderation, documentation, reporting incl. follow up of open issues

Who we are looking for

  • Student of Industrial Engineering / Software Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or equivalent

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of English (speak & write)

  • Good knowledge in MS Office tools

Your preferred qualifications

  • General technical understanding and interest in project management and technical aspects

  • Ability to work independently; strong sense of personal accountability
