Job Title: Construction Inspector

Job Description

Responsible for construction contract administration and onsite observation for single or multiple projects. Provide construction observation for various infrastructure projects to assure construction is in conformance with project contract documents and client standards. Review and document contract quantities. Document project progress through daily or weekly reports. Assist with and/or perform construction contract administration tasks such as review of payment applications, change orders, submittals, warranties, etc. Act as liaison between client, contractor, residents, and other project stakeholders. Assist project manager with conflict resolution throughout construction. Obtain as-built data and maintain redline markups throughout construction. Obtain field information to support office staff’s needs during construction and for various design projects as needed. Assist management staff in other requested tasks to meet company objectives. Ability to work overtime as needed.
