Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Job Description

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles. Your role includes ensuring accurate allocation of vouchers to expense accounts, reconciling documentation for auditing compliance, creating and updating supplier data in the JDE database, and ensuring timely payment and posting of vouchers. Additionally, you will create Positive Pay files, process employee expense reports, and interact with suppliers and vendors. In the Accounts Receivable domain, you will manage sales invoicing, credit and debit memos, post entries, handle collection calls, process customer payments, and manage Intercompany billings. You will also assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Saint Charles, Missouri.

Work Environment
