Job Description
Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud is a premier non-profit organization serving our neighbors across the heart of Central Minnesota in meeting some of their most critical needs. Our programs provide support with food insecurity, housing and behavioral health services. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Leadership Team as the Director of Behavioral Health Services.
The Director of Behavioral Health Services provides leadership for all programs under the Behavioral Health Services Division including our Rule 29 Behavioral Health Clinic and Intensive Outpatient Day Treatment programs. This position is responsible for all aspects of program operations including staffing, fiscal management, program development and planning, and program evaluation. They are accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality comprehensive services for youth and behavioral health needs.
Responsibilities:
Establish, monitor and review program objectives, performance based standards, and strategic plans
Oversee the management and integration of service delivery functions for youth and family services
Provide leadership and direction to the management teams within the Behavioral Health programs, including supervision to clinical supervisors
Compile and adhere to federal, state and local legal and licensing requirements
Research, plan and implement sustainable programs and services within the Catholic Charities strategic plan
Establishes, monitors and reviews appropriate quality assurance and improvement
Establishes, monitors and reviews program budgets.
Develop financial sustainability of programs and services through funding sources such as contracts, insurance reimbursements, grants and fee-for service
Build and maintain community partnerships including attending and participating in community events
Establishes and maintains a work environment characterized by innovation and efficiency
The ideal candidate:
Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field and a minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible administrative/managerial experience
Currently licensed in Minnesota within a clinical discipline of either LMFT, LICSW, LPCC or LP
In depth experience in child and adolescent counseling
Superior leadership experience
