This opportunity will allow you to gain valuable insights into nonprofit development, donor relations, and effective communication strategies that support the impactful work we do across southeastern Wisconsin. What You\'ll Gain as an Intern As a Mission Advancement Intern, you\'ll be immersed in the world of nonprofit development and learn key strategies for effective donor engagement and retention. Your contributions will help elevate Catholic Charities\' mission by: Supporting Donor Relations: Work with donor data management systems (e.g., Blackbaud) to maintain accurate records and support relationship-building efforts. Engaging in Philanthropic Communication: Assist in creating donor-centric communication and marketing materials that align with best practices in nonprofit storytelling and philanthropic psychology. Contributing to Marketing Projects: Collaborate on marketing initiatives that highlight the successes of our clients, staff, and programs to inspire community support and involvement. Building Nonprofit Expertise: Gain practical experience with integrated communications, event planning, and online engagement to develop a well-rounded understanding of nonprofit operations. Qualifications Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor\'s degree in fundraising, business, communications, or a related field with an interest in nonprofit management.
