Job Description

Perform call flow, agent, phone setup, and announcement functions.

Hands and feet support for remote administrator support

Rate: 40/HR to 50/HR

Possible Conversion: $83-104,000

Active Secret Clearance

Experience working with Avaya

Remote Administration Support

The candidate must have one of the following certificates for IAT Level 2, DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications.

We normally ask for Security + CE, but they can have any of the following:

CCNA-Security

CySA+ **

GICSP

GSEC

Security+ CE

CND

SSCP Supporting a federal client

Strong Communication Skills null
