Job Description

We are seeking a skilled C#.Net Backend Developer to join our ESS-IT team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to support and enhance our Electric Settlements System (ESS). Your responsibilities will include supporting current production Settlements-ESS, creating technical designs, developing and executing test cases, creating and maintaining system documentation, enhancing, modifying, and maintaining ESS application software, and analyzing data patterns for development, production support, and ad-hoc reporting. You will also dig through the code to provide technical requirements to the team, work on projects due in December with potential carryover into the next year, and be available through the end of the year.

Skills and Requirements

4+ yrs Experience with .Net (C#/VB .net).

Strong SQL skills.

Familiarity with GitHub for code versioning and migration.

Proficiency in PL/SQL, including stored procedures

Ability to hit the ground running.

Strong backend development skills. Knowledge of AutoSys for job scheduling.

Experience with COBOL.

Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Rules Language (Lodestar). null
