What You'll Be Doing:

• Support our skilled tradesmen with day-to-day tasks
• Read, understand, and interpret construction work orders
• Pick up and load flooring and construction materials from vendors
• Ensure loads from vendor are accurate and thoroughly secured for delivery
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack
• Deliver and unload materials to jobsites and/or warehouse
• Perform a variety of assigned tasks and projects in warehouse
• Participate in emergency on-call board-up rotation
• Make sure the work area is safe, clean, and organized
• Learn the ropes to build a solid foundation for a career in construction

What It Takes:

• Experience working with forklifts, preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain Class E Driver's License within 30 days of hire
• Ability to frequently lift/move 75-100lbs alone and more than 100lbs with another person
• Desire to pursue a career in construction
