Initiate design, develop, optimize, and problem solve manufacturing processes in a manner that meets safety, quality, and operational performance expectations. Design, development, optimization, and problem solving of new and existing customer equipment and processes. Work with 2D and 3D drafting tools to complete projects faster and more accurately Installation and commissioning of projects. Lead various engineering projects with a financial scope of up to $10 million. Provide creativity in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and processes to meet unit objective. Develop knowledge and skills to be recognized as an effective implementer of engineering principles, scientific analysis, and project management. Carry out all job responsibilities in a safe manner. Develop equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies and guidelines. Provide for the safety and well-being of operators, maintenance, and other personnel. Seek, recognize, define and solve problems to achieve unit objectives. Identify technical issues to determine root cause. Oversee project construction efforts to assure projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop software to control electrical systems. Design new electrical control systems for new and existing equipment. Lead the efforts of assembly, test, and verification of the electronics at the various stages of hardware development. Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the electrical hardware design organization.

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or in a related field, and 24 months experience in the job offered or as a Lead Engineer, Project Engineer, Design engineer or in related occupation.
