We’re on the lookout for a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician who’s ready to hit the road, manage multiple properties, and take charge of building systems for commercial retail and banking clients in the St. Louis area.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Perform preventative maintenance, from cleaning HVAC coils to replacing filters and belts.

• Keep plumbing systems running smoothly, handling everything from toilets to drains.

• Tackle general handyman tasks like painting, repairing doors, and maintaining building exteriors and interiors.

• Be the go-to for special projects like locksmith work, tenant requests, and building repairs.

• Ensure fire extinguishers and other safety systems are up to code and properly documented.

• Stay on top of work orders and updates using the CMMS system.

• Keep things compliant with safety regulations and local ordinances.

What You Bring :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2-4 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in commercial settings.

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. (you’re ready to get hands-on).

• Proficiency in MS Office , Outlook , and CMMS (experience with Maximo is a bonus).

• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and overall building maintenance.

• Valid driver’s license—you’ll be traveling between properties.

Bonus Points If You Have :

• EPA Universal Certification (a must for HVAC work).

• Experience with Building Automation Systems ( BAS ).

• A solid background in HVAC preventative maintenance.

Pay Details: $27.50 to $29.61 per hour
