ManTech Office Manager / Staff Officer in Saint Louis, Missouri

Currently ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Office Manager/Staff Officer to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver the management of information, presentation of information and production of graphics.

  • Initiate and facilitate video teleconferencing systems in support of the Director’s daily Operations & Intelligence Briefings.

  • Apply background in intelligence production processes, including geospatial intelligence processes, DoD and IC collaboration techniques, and tools, so they can collaborate regularly with imagery and geospatial analysts and other intelligence officers and engineers.

  • Coordinate and schedule events and high-level visitor support for the Director of the Operations, Chief of Operations, Business Executive, and Operations Center Directors.

  • VIP Visits and Engagement at the new N2W facility in St Louis

  • NCERTS taskers

  • Office / Calendar management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of office management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Degree OR 4 additional years within the related field

  • Teleconferencing experience.

  • Ability to integrate, prioritize, and satisfy tasks and requirements within short timelines in a changing environment.

  • Familiarity with emerging intelligence events and issues

Preferred Qualification:

  • 1 year experience demonstrating ability to analyze job-related concerns and provide operative solutions.

  • 1 year knowledge of web-based products and presentation development.

  • 1 year experience delivering complex information to varied audiences in a variety of formats.

  • Knowledge of NARA Records Management plans

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.

  • Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
