Adecco US, Inc. QA Document Control Specialist in Saint Louis, Missouri

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented QA Document Control Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Louis, MO. You will be responsible for maintaining the periodic review program to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations. This role involves coordinating, reviewing, and revising a variety of cGMP documents, including SOPs, WIs, FORMS, JAs, Specifications, Test Methods, and Manufacturing Batch Records. This role offers competitive compensation ( $20.00/hour ) over a 9 month contract period.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with unlimited overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or GMP environment preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eDMS systems.

  • Strong understanding of cGMP quality systems, including change management and driving GDP within all documentation and records.

  • Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.

  • Strong formatting skills in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve results.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the periodic review program to ensure adherence to schedule and timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Collaborate with functional areas to ensure timely completion of periodic reviews.

  • Revise and process documents in the electronic document management system (eDMS).

  • Document all activities to meet cGMP requirements.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
