FOCUS ON RESIDENTIAL SERVICES DBA LHC QIDP Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional in Saint Louis, Missouri

About the Opportunity: The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) ensures the safety, health, and well-being of our residents. The QIDP is responsible for the collaboration between all individuals pertinent to the life of the individuals served. The QIDP develops and implements annual comprehensive program plans; reviewing all data and objectives monthly and routinely develops quarterly reviews. The QIDP is responsible for overall active treatment within the facility including ADL's, social skills, mealtime skills, money management, medication administration, and more. Educational Requirements: BS or BA in Human Services related field. Experience Required: At least one year of experience providing habilitation to individuals with I/DD. Experience writing individual program plans/future planning. QIDP experience in ICF/DD setting preferred.

Skills and Knowledge: Must possess excellent communication and assessment skills. Working knowledge of behavioral sciences and affiliated disciplines related to evaluation and habilitation of individuals with developmental disabilities. Must be a team player and proven leader. Valid driver's license and a good driving record required.

$45,760-$52,000 annually
