Our drivers play a vital role in the safe transportation of students to and from school, ensuring their well-being and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the designated vehicle following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Pick up and drop off students at designated locations on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation.

Requirements:

• Valid MO drivers license with
• Clean MVR with no history of major traffic violations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws.
• Familiarity with local routes and neighborhoods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Ability to complete/pass state-required school bus driver class.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and afternoons.
• CDL isRequiredfor this position
• Has to be 23 years of age and over
• Must have a minimum of 2 years CDL driving history

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in student transportation is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to undergo any necessary training.
