Description

Dani Rivera with Robert Half is working with a client in STL to find a strong Sr. Accountant. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working in ambiguity, and excited to join a growing team. A BA in Accounting, manufacturing experience, and full-cycle accounting knowledge are required. This is a great opportunity for growth in a laid-back environment. The role is hybrid, with 1-2 days in the office.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior accountant role or similar capacity

• Proficient in account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation

• Experience in performing bank reconciliations

• Strong knowledge of general ledger operations

• Ability to prepare and record journal entries accurately

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

• Familiarity with month-end close procedures

• Experience with SAP or similar accounting software

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
