Summary

Sr Analyst Workforce Management

This role involves providing performance analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize ROI, resource utilization, and third-party partnerships. Responsibilities include developing analytic models for talent deployment, creating monthly or quarterly reviews for third-party performance, and presenting data-driven insights that drive execution and retention. The role requires strong collaboration with IT, Shared Services, and Commercial teams to improve processes and performance metrics, utilizing excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and strategies.

Responsibilities

The Company is one of North America’s leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics, and home centers. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.

Responsibilities

  • Analytical tool development and updating

  • Insights development to leverage action-oriented recommendations to drive performance changes in 3rd parties or internal teams on mix-shift/vendor selection. Includes preparation of materials with a clear storyline and analytical support

  • Process management: Support scheduling/admin related to performance reviews for vendors and stakeholder management internally; define the ‘right’ 3rd party review process

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct Reports

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports

Indirect Reports

Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction, and mentoring to indirect reports.

Travel

Some travel will be required, estimated up to 30%.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level:Bachelor's degree

Area of Experience:Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience required

Experience Requirements:5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business insights

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the abilty to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
