Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

The Finance Process Improvement and Automation team is a part of the Finance Transformation and Enabling Services department. The team is dedicated to supporting Finance's ability to understand, improve, automate, and enable processes and data.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $81750

Hiring Maximum: $139194

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field preferred or related work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues and their implications for projects and business decisions.

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to facilitate discussion and resolution of problems, and mentor other department associates.

  • Ability to define root cause, design a future state process, improve, and automate processes using end-user tool technology.

  • Advanced knowledge of multiple technologies including:

  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint

  • Robotics Processing Automation tools (Automation Anywhere)

  • Business Intelligence and Analytics Software (Tableau)

  • Programming Languages (SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Java, VBA/VBS)

  • Ability to independently understand and navigate system infrastructure.
