Summary This position is located in the Servicing and Asset Management Office, Asset and Business Operations Directorate, Front End Processing Branch, Imagining Section. The incumbent will perform the full range of supervisory duties. Overseeing a group of clerical staff who support the Servicing & Asset Management Office. Providing electronic images of over 150 different types of loan documents to 8 Divisions and records receipts of closing funds, balances, and transfer of funds to posting units. Responsibilities Performs the full range of supervisory responsibilities, to include plans work to be accomplished; sets and adjusts priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work. Performs all supervisory/managerial duties and responsibilities without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, or national origin. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including time-in-grade restrictions, specialized experience and/or education, as defined below. Time in grade: Current federal employees applying for a promotion opportunity must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirement of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level (GS-05) in the normal line of progression for the position being filled. GS-06: Applicants must possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level; or its non-federal equivalent. Specialized experience is defined as receiving, inspecting, scanning documents; establishing priorities and adjusting workload in order to complete daily assignments; estimating and reporting on completion of work and maintaining records of work accomplishments to prepare reports as needed; leading others; processing incoming requests for information from receipt through completion and demonstrated leadership experience providing guidance and direction to a group of employees. There is no substitution of education for experience at the GS-06 level.
