Penn Pallet is currently hiring for our 3rd shift team member.  Starting wage of $18.00 / hour with opportunity to earn a daily production incentive. This employee would have the following responsibilities / job duties:  - sorting through stacks of cardboard, running them through a cleaner or into the scrap area.  - sorting through and inspecting frames  - banding finished stacks for storage or shipment  - keeping accurate counts of material

Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to lift, twist and bend for duration of shift
• Ability to complete visual inspection of the boards for quality.
• Willing to work in varied temperatures
• Ability to work at a pace that is productive

Education & Experience

• Experience in wood industry helpful, but not needed.
• Willingness to learn position.
