Duties Wilder is looking for a curious mind who will be responsible for the day to day functions of the accounts payable department, someone who will lead the Foundation in federal grants compliance, and to also support billing improvements across the Foundation. Management of accounts payable includes ensuring vendors are paid timely and according to company policies. This position will be the knowledge bank for how to most efficiently process payables within our software to meet our goals and lead accounts payable through changes such as software upgrade and operating through a recent change to automated payables system. We are looking for a team player who also brings us a lot of prior knowledge of Great Plains or Business Central payables. This position will also be the Foundation's go-to for federal grants compliance within 2 CFR 200 along with reviewing of contract and grant applications to ensure compliance. Creating documents and providing training to others as required to ensure compliance with the regulations. Billing support includes assisting with billing across the Foundation and making improvements within Foundation systems for greater efficiencies and cost savings. A successful applicant will also have a solid understanding of GAAP and all concepts of accounting including journal entry creation.
