Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Description We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Communications industry, based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will manage a range of duties including processing accounts payable, expense reports, vendor management, and account reconciliations. You will also be tasked with utilizing various skills including 10-Key Accounting, Expense Reporting, Accounts Payable (AP), Account Reconciliation, NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Manage Vendor Relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounts payable and expense reports in a timely manner

• Regularly perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy

• Manage vendor relationships effectively and professionally

• Utilize 10-Key Accounting skills to maintain accurate records

• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes

• Use NetSuite for various accounting tasks and operations

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed

• Assist the accounting department in other areas as required

• Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar position within the Communications industry.

• Proficiency in 10-Key Accounting procedures.

• Demonstrated experience in Expense Reporting.

• Solid understanding and experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

• Proven ability in Account Reconciliation.

• Experience with NetSuite software is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively and professionally.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity.
