The Commercialization Manager will be responsible for managing projects across the entire product lifecycle, including product launches, renovations, and discontinuations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with the company's business objectives and market demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This candidate has a high level of professional maturity, is skilled at building relationships, is highly organized, and is unafraid to challenge the status quo. Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution + Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through commercialization. Project types managed include new product launches, product discontinuations, packaging changes, import/exports, and more. + Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. + Ensure projects are executed seamlessly through regular collaboration with cross-functional team members across the business unit including, marketing, finance, operations, R&D, and demand planning. Keep team accountable for meeting deliverable timelines. Team Support + Conduct regular analysis and reporting on project portfolio, incoming pipeline, and resource constraints. + Coordinate all preparations related to the Stage-Gate process including document synthesis, agendas, and recaps. + Become the superuser of the team project management online tool. Assist the team with learning and using the tool efficiently. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in a project management, sales, or marketing role. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience in project management, sales and/or marketing ideally within the CPG industry Project management and stage gate process experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: + Strong business acumen and a passion to bring projects to life. + Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little supervision. + Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication. + Detail-oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment. + Comfort presenting projects in front of senior leadership. + Strong thought leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. + Strong MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
