The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Concessions Management Intern to join our team at Allianz Field in St. Paul, Minnesota for the 2025 MNUFC soccer season. As a Concessions Intern, you will be assisting the management team with training and scheduling activities for team members and non-profit volunteers at Allianz Field. On event days, you will help the Concessions team with stand operations, including but not limited to, inventory management, supervising, alcohol compliance, GuestPath, and other game day-related tasks.

What will you do?
Perform end-of-event tasks, including the closing of stands and retail transaction reports.
Independently run operations at the National Sports Center for the minor league team (MNUFC 2).
Work directly with the Concessions Manager & Warehouse Manager to assist in day-to-day operations.
Assist in data entry of invoices.
Assist in the supervision of the warehouse team.
Verify NPO meets all criteria, coordinating NPO training schedules and delivering training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation, ensuring NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training
Supervise NPO groups and assist with check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers and Delaware North team members on event days
Track and organize non-profit group contra
cts, training, & game day rosters
Prepare NPO donation spreadsheets post-event.
Assist in pre-game day and post-game day uniform preparation and laundering.
More about you
Must be at least 18 years old.
Enrollment at an accredited college or university pursuing a sports management, hospitality, or human resources degree is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Constant lifting, twisting, reaching, bending, and repetitive motions.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in a wide variety of weather conditions, including cold and heat.
