May obtain assistance to resolve complex inquiries. Qualifications Bachelor*s Degree in related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree required. Minimum three years experience working with electronic health records. Clinical experience as a healthcare practitioner required. Excellent communication, planning, presentation and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office required.
