The Manager of Business Implementation is an integral member of the EDU Innovations Incubator. This position will be responsible for ensuring we have consistent processes and procedures for Client Success and Operations across the Innovation Portfolio of products.

The Manager of Business Implementation oversees the planning, coordination, and successful execution of product deployment initiatives to meet client requirements. This role ensures seamless integration, delivery, and adoption of products while collaborating across departments to improve processes and client satisfaction. The position also involves strategic leadership, stakeholder communication, and driving continuous improvement in the implementation lifecycle.

Manager of Business Implementation – EDU Innovations

The Manager of Business Implementation is an integral member of the EDU Innovations Incubator. This position will be responsible for ensuring we have consistent processes and procedures for Client Success and Operations across the Innovation Portfolio of products.

The Manager of Business Implementation oversees the planning, coordination, and successful execution of product deployment initiatives to meet client requirements. This role ensures seamless integration, delivery, and adoption of products while collaborating across departments to improve processes and client satisfaction. The position also involves strategic leadership, stakeholder communication, and driving continuous improvement in the implementation lifecycle.

The Manager of Business Implementation will focus on priority products and services within the EDU Innovations Incubator.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the implementation strategy aligned with EDU Innovation Incubator best practices.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Success and Operation teams.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients to drive successful product adoption.

  • Work closely with Client Success, Operations and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to align goals and expectations.

  • Contribute to a professional and respectful team dynamic with a culture of mutual accountability.

Project Management:

  • Oversee project planning, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Model best practices in terms of client, project, and change management.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Identify and mitigate risks in the implementation process. Design and refine workflows for product rollouts, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate project performance and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with keen attention to detail.

Client Engagement:

  • Support strategic clients with the implementation and adoption of the products and services.

  • Foster client relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.

Skills for Success:

  • Proven success at client relationship building.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization.

  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycles and technical deployments.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Effective communication skills (presentation, facilitation, and written).

  • Proven success or the ability to gain a deep understanding of product software.

  • Ability to be decisive, consistent, transparent, and open to feedback.

  • Highly organized and skilled at prioritization.

  • Professional maturity and ability to put the best interests of the client and PCG above self-interest. 

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in product implementation, project management, or related roles.

  • Proven leadership experience, managing teams and cross-departmental initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills with expertise in tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Asana.

  • Strong understanding of EDPlan.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $105,800. - $118,100. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below.
