Job Description

The Mail Operations Group of U.S. Bank is looking for an Operations Processors to join the Global Trade and Stand by Services intake and dispatch team in Minnesota. This is a noncustomer/client facing, fast-paced environment meeting strict deadlines.

You will work Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm at 1200 Energy Park Dr Saint Paul, Minnesota 55108 ( 100% onsite)

You will provide processing support by executing a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational by being proficient with Microsoft programs while navigating multiple screens. You will need to be able to sit for long periods of time.

Job Highlights:

  • This position will support the digital effort for Global Trade operations. Individual will perform the following.

  • Sort incoming mail.

  • Extract contents from envelope and prep for ingestion.

  • Ingest documents transaction and detail information into multiple systems.

  • Upload ingested files into KTA (Kofax Total Agility) to assign and submit document files to the system.

  • Log in check items.

  • Collect and follow handling instructions on the end process of physical documents.

  • Assisting with any document updates/replacements.

  • Building document packets for send out.

This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Duties may include functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting and vendor/client interaction over the phone or email. May have direct contact with third-party vendors and/or external customers. Researches exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production. Certain positions will require the ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions.

Basic Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Two to four years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Fast-paced data-entry (alpha and numeric)

- SharePoint, Excel and overall MS office application proficiency

- Basic understanding of RFBMO Dispatch and Intake processes

- Computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

- Document processing into system

- Financial processing systems

- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and department policies, procedures, products and support systems

- Proficient problem-solving skills including the ability to identify, research and resolve difficult and complex situations

- Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Experience navigating multiple screens

- Financial documents knowledge

- Proven commitment to high quality customer service

- Ability to work well with external and internal customers

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.37 - $25.71
