Stride, Inc. Senior Financial Analyst in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Job Description SUMMARY: The Senior Analyst will partner with members of the business and have responsibility for budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, cash flow projections, business modeling, and other value-added financial analysis. This position prepares and reviews a variety of complex financial data and reports as well as monitors trends to formulate strategies and provide insight to key executive stakeholders.   • Create annual operating and capital budget
  • Own monthly forecasting, analysis, and reporting efforts
  • Partner with accounting team to ensure accurate financial results
  • Work closely with corporate Finance team, generate schedules for consolidated reporting
  • Produce value added analyses
  • Manage the production of existing and development of new reporting tools (dashboards, scorecards, bridges, etc.) and KPIs that will deliver insight into revenue and operating expense trends, track capital project spending, headcount, and surface risks/opportunities

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, math or a related field AND
  • Four (4) years of experience in financial analysis

Certificates and Licenses: None required. OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience and knowledge gained from a prior role in Finance
  • Understanding of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Possess very good communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with a planning tool (Hyperion or similar)
  • Experience with business systems (Accounting systems, CRM, contract management)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to travel 1-4 times per year
  • Ability to clear required background check

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the salary range to be $57,384.00 $98,992.80. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
